Here we have collected some questions and answers about our recruitment.

  1. How do I apply for a position?
    <p id="tw-target-text" class="tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta" dir="ltr" data-placeholder="&Ouml;vers&auml;ttning"><span class="Y2IQFc" lang="en">Click on the link in the advertisement to proceed to registration of the application. If you are already registered in our database, you choose to log in with your existing account, where you also have the opportunity to correct and complete your information before registering your application. If you do not already have an account, simply choose to create a new account.</span></p>
  2. How many positions can I apply for?
    <p id="tw-target-text" class="tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta" dir="ltr" data-placeholder="&Ouml;vers&auml;ttning"><span class="Y2IQFc" lang="en">There are no restrictions on how many positions you may apply for. However, if you want to apply for several positions at the same time, you must apply to them individually. It is not possible to apply for several positions in the same application.</span></p>
  3. How do I know that my application has really been sent?
    <p id="tw-target-text" class="tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta" dir="ltr" data-placeholder="&Ouml;vers&auml;ttning"><span class="Y2IQFc" lang="en">You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you entered as soon as your application has been registered with us. If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours, it means something has gone wrong. </span></p> <p class="tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta" dir="ltr" data-placeholder="&Ouml;vers&auml;ttning"><span class="Y2IQFc" lang="en">Start by checking that the email has not accidentally ended up in your junk folder. Then check that you entered the correct email address. If everything seems to be correct, but you still haven't received an email from us, it may mean that your application has not gone through. You then need to register it again.</span></p>
  4. I have applied for a position and want to make a change in my application, is this possible?
    <p id="tw-target-text" class="tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta" dir="ltr" data-placeholder="&Ouml;vers&auml;ttning"><span class="Y2IQFc" lang="en">By logging in to your candidate profile <a href="http://biltema.easycruit.com/cv_page.html"><strong>here</strong></a>&nbsp;, you can change personal data and what is stored in the database. The changes you make will automatically be updated on the service you applied for. However, it is unfortunately not possible to make changes to the personal letter afterwards.</span></p>

  6. What is a spontaneous application and how do I do it?
    <p id="tw-target-text" class="tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta" dir="ltr" data-placeholder="&Ouml;vers&auml;ttning"><span class="Y2IQFc" lang="en">Go to&nbsp;<a href="/link/fc8015e901b240fcb9e1011f79b99a5d.aspx"><strong>Spontaneous application</strong></a>&nbsp;and create a CV profile, where you enter your details and upload your CV. The profile makes you searchable in Biltema's recruitment system and it also enables you to create a so-called Job Agent. The job agent helps you keep track of when there are vacancies that you may be interested in by sending you an email. Also keep an eye out in your junk folder so that the monitoring email does not end up there by mistake.</span></p>
  7. I have already made a spontaneous application, do I still have to apply for the specific position?
    <p id="tw-target-text" class="tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta" dir="ltr" data-placeholder="&Ouml;vers&auml;ttning"><span class="Y2IQFc" lang="en">It is not enough that you only make a spontaneous application if it is a specific position you are interested in. In order for your application to be linked to the right position, you must actively search for the specific positions you find interesting. When you log in to your personal candidate profile, you can easily search for the positions you are interested in without having to fill in all the information again.</span></p>
  8. Why can't I attach a personal letter when I register my spontaneous application?
    <p id="tw-target-text" class="tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta" dir="ltr" data-placeholder="&Ouml;vers&auml;ttning"><span class="Y2IQFc" lang="en">We advise you to put your CV and cover letter in the same document.</span></p>
  9. How do I update my CV?
    <p id="tw-target-text" class="tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta" dir="ltr" data-placeholder="&Ouml;vers&auml;ttning"><span class="Y2IQFc" lang="en">Log in to your account. You can also access this page from our website under <a href="/link/72a7ceb2a3a54c3b926af1ce981d9bf0.aspx"><strong>Vacancies</strong></a>. Once you are logged in, go to "Create/Update your CV".</span></p>
  10. Can I remove my CV from your database?
    <p id="tw-target-text" class="tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta" dir="ltr" data-placeholder="&Ouml;vers&auml;ttning"><span class="Y2IQFc" lang="en">You can at any time choose to delete your account from our database. You do this easily by logging into your <strong>account</strong> and then selecting "Delete your account and CV from the database".</span></p>
  11. I forgot my password, what do I do?
    <p><span class="Y2IQFc" lang="en">Go under <a href="/link/fc8015e901b240fcb9e1011f79b99a5d.aspx"><strong>Spontaneous application</strong></a>&nbsp;and update CV on Biltema's career page and then continue to update. Click the button Forgot your password? and enter the email address you registered your profile with, and your login details will be sent to your email address. Tip! Maybe you used your email address as a username when registering?</span></p>
  12. I have heard that you are planning to open a new department store where I live. When will you start advertising for staff?
    <p id="tw-target-text" class="tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta" dir="ltr" data-placeholder="&Ouml;vers&auml;ttning"><span class="Y2IQFc" lang="en">The services for the department stores we open are announced as we get closer to the opening. Normally, we start by looking for a Store Manager, then positions for the management team follow, and finally we advertise for Department Managers and Store Associates.</span></p> <p class="tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta" dir="ltr" data-placeholder="&Ouml;vers&auml;ttning"><span class="Y2IQFc" lang="en">Tip!   13. What is a job agent?
    <p id="tw-target-text" class="tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta" dir="ltr" data-placeholder="&Ouml;vers&auml;ttning"><span class="Y2IQFc" lang="en">A Job Agent helps you monitor when jobs are posted that match the criteria you entered in your profile. The service is fully automated, and means that there is no one physically present to monitor. You make your choices when you register your CV profile, and you can when you want to log in again to make changes.</span></p>
