Warranty

A number of products have a 3-, 4-, 5- or 10-year warranty, which is stated on the products by means of a special warranty symbol.

The warranty period is calculated from the original date of purchase as shown on the till receipt. If a product breaks during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material fault, we will repair or replace the product. If we no longer stock the product in our range, Biltema will offer a suitable replacement as determined by Biltema.

In other circumstances, we follow the rules and regulations stipulated by the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Biltema is not responsible for any loss to business activities. Your till receipt serves as a warranty certificate.
