Terms and conditions for Biltema Norge AS social media contests
The contest are organised by Biltema Norge AS (“Biltema”). The contests are in no way sponsored, promoted, administered by, or affiliated with Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn. By entering the contests, you accept Biltema’s contest rules, terms and conditions, and processing of personal data. For information on how we process personal data, please refer to our Personal Data Policy .
The Facebook/Instagraml/LinkedIn profile used to enter the contest must comply with the respective platform’s community rules. Fake profiles are prohibited from participating. The participant must be resident in Sweden and at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to remove and report posts that are considered illegal or otherwise ethically or morally offensive.
If a contest requires you to submit something, you assign to Biltema - through your participation - the copyright of the submission. This means that all your rights to the submission cease and that Biltema has the right to use the submission freely, in perpetuity, and in any way within the framework of Biltema’s normal activities, in accordance with Danish law and good practice. The winning submission is selected by a jury at Biltema.
The jury's decision cannot be appealed. By entering the contest, you agree that your entry may be published on our website and used in Biltema’s marketing materials.
The winner will be notified in the same channel as the contest. The winner has 7 days to provide their contact details and address via a direct message/private message in order to receive the prize. If the winner does not contact Biltema within 7 days, Biltema reserves the right to appoint a new winner. The prize is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. The prize must be collected in the Biltema store. Therefore, the winner must provide his telephone number and the nearest store, så that the store can call and arrange a time to collect the price. The prize/winnings cannot be redeemed for cash, other products, gift cards, or equivalent prizes. Any tax associated with the prize shall be paid by the winner. Biltema Sweden AB’s contest rules and terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law.
We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the contest, and are not liable for any typographical errors, nor any technical errors or malfunctions where the problem lies with a third party, such as Instagram.
NOTE! When informing winners of their prize, we will never ask you for your bank details or to click a link, nor will we contact you from any account other than our own. If you are a winner, we will ask you to answer our inquiry on the relevant platform in a direct message to us and state your name, telephone number and nearest warehouse. For prize collection.
